Dr. Hannes Kuch

I am an Interim Professor of Social Philosophy at the Goethe University, Frankfurt. I just completed a Fellowship on "Corporations, Human Rights, and Responsibility" at the Global Ethic Institute Tuebingen. Recently I acquired my Habilitation (the German second dissertation), based on a study on "Ethical Life and Liberal Socialism". I wrote my Habilitation in the context of a research project on social freedom and market socialism, funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG).

I received my PhD in 2012 at the Free University Berlin, after working on a research project on linguistic violence. After obtaining my Phd I held positions as Visiting Professor at the Bavarian School of Public Policy at the Technical University Munich, as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stockholm University and as Fellow at the Hannover Institute for Philosophical Research. I also taught at the  Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg.
